With over two decades of experience in the building surveying industry, Andrew Christoforou stands as a pillar of knowledge and leadership at Accord Building Consultants. His journey began at the City of Melbourne, where he honed his skills for nearly six years. Andrew then progressed to Gardner Group Building Surveying & Consultants, dedicating over a decade to developing his expertise in building surveying. His tenure at McKenzie Group Consulting further solidified his role as a leader in the field, where he served as a Senior Associate and then as a Director for over eight years. Andrew’s educational foundation was laid at Swinburne University of Technology, where he earned his Bachelor of Building Surveying. His extensive experience and profound understanding of the industry make him an invaluable asset to our team and clients.

Mark Filicietti – Director

Mark Filicietti, a seasoned building surveyor, brings a dynamic blend of technical knowledge and innovative thinking to Accord Building Consultants. His career is marked by a commitment to delivering compliant outcomes while meeting client timeframes and expectations. Mark’s experience spans across various industry sectors and building classifications, including Defence and DHHS projects. His journey includes significant roles at Hendry and McKenzie Group Consulting, where he excelled as a Senior Building Surveyor.
